Quality, Comfort and Size
Our 100 pack of sublimation blank lanyards are made of 100% polyester and accept ink dye sublimation. Color is WHITE with silver tone snaps.
- OPTIMAL COMFORT: Lightweight feels good around a bare neck. Will not weigh down your mask while wearing
- QUALITY COMPONENTS: Lanyards are made with durable, metal snaps that are NOT painted, which means no customer complaints about scratching off or flaking paint. The snaps are metal, silver tone, not cheap plastic!

Size measured flat, end to end 23-24″
They are 3/8″ wide. For font size reference, the sublimation blank lanyards can comfortably fit up to 28 pt Arial Font Size. Other fonts may allow larger or smaller. This is just an example. (See Pics for Reference)
Packaging
Nothing fancy! We really try to keep costs low by using one clear poly bag. The packaging is 10 BAGS, 10 LANYARDS EACH BAG. The ten bags will be shipped inside an official USPS box or rigid envelope. *If you buy multiple packs, we may combine shipping.
Instructions
USE HEAT GLOVES!
We recommend leaving the snap area white and designing just the area between the snaps. This will ensure nice, crisp end result. Advanced sublimators can use pressing pillow strategies to do a full lanyard, but remember snaps will be super hot after pressing! We recommend hanging snaps off the press or devising a pressing foam underlay that raises the middle area of the lanyards and keeps the snaps off the hot top plate.
Prepress to remove any wrinkles or moisture
Every press is different, here is our beginning recommendations:
- Sublimate temp range: 380-390° F
- Time range: 45-60 seconds
- Pressure: Medium
